Matt Landsiedel

In this episode I speak with Executive Coach, John Volturo about how we can encourage our authenticity in the workplace. We explore how much is too much when it comes to changing who we are for our work. We dive into how workplaces can stifle our authenticity and leave us conforming to social norms and ultimately hustling for our worth. Join us as we break down all the ins and outs of remaining true to who you are even in environments that are telling us not to.
