In this episode I speak with social worker and fellow podcast host, Mo Zabian. Mo and I share a beautiful exchange on our own issues in the gay community around shame and the loneliness that comes with unprocessed shame. We talk about strategies around connection and how to begin living your life from the place within that is the most authentic to you. 


About Today’s Guest:

Mo Zabian was Born and raised in London Ontario, Canada of Lebanese descent. He moved to Toronto over 16 years ago after family found out He was gay. He moved to Toronto as a social worker/actor and later got scouted as fashion model. After travelling SE Asia for a year, he came back to Toronto realizing his true purpose was to deliver a greater message and to help others tell their own truth through his show Queer At Heart, by having open dialogue on stigmatized issues.
